3For a limited time, individuals with visual disabilities and a doctor’s certification may apply for free Vivee service, delivered over a wired network (although wireless service is available in these cases, at normal cost from Verizon).

4Connection to the Verizon Wireless EVDO network requires a monthly subscription fee. The Vivee service is available for a small, incremental monthly fee of approximately $4.95 per month, subject to change.
